Dr. Ashraf is always a pleasure to see, I trust his work as does my family. He is very careful and we have never had any complaints... only bright smiles. Implant Bridges, Zygomatic Implants and traditional implants for teeth are a premium solution to tooth loss and therefore are more of an investment than temporary solutions such as dentures, however, with maximizing insurance coverage, and payment plan options available, we work to make it an affordable option for almost anyone.
Do you take insurance towards dental implant procedures?
The amount your insurance will cover is based on your provider and your unique situation. Of course, we will know that once you complete the necessary exams and review everything at your consultation.

Dr. Scott Clayhold
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Scott Clayhold considers himself blessed to have been raised in a unique and diverse background. Born a New Zealander, Scott was raised in the Bellevue/Eastgate area. He currently holds both US and New Zealand citizenship. During Scott’s last year at Sammamish High School, his family moved back to New Zealand, where he earned an honors commendation in tandem with both his medical and dental degrees. Shortly after graduation, Scott returned to the United States, married a Kirkland girl, and moved to Chicago.
While in Chicago he completed a two-year anesthesia internship and survived four years of the residency program, to which he had been selected, in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Following his training in Chicago, Scott accepted a position in Spokane, where he worked for two years. Missing family as well as the west side of the mountains, the family made the decision to move West and start a new practice in the place they love most, the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
